How many people in America know about the Japanese internment of World War II?
I write an article for one of my classes, but the difference in the representation and memorial to the U.S. Holocaust and Japanese interment. Thus, as a show of hands, if you're from the U.S., have you heard about the Japanese internment camps before the announcement of this?
Yes, of course, I have heard of them. I think most people who have twenty or more years have seen the TV special and magazine articles who discussed the internment.
