what happened to the B-17 crew of the Doolittle raiders that ended up landing in Russia after the bombing?
the doolittle raiders from WW2 that are depicted in the movie peal harbor. A crew landed in Russia. were they let go?
The crew of the B-25, not a 17 that landed in Russia were interned by the Russians and spent 14 months there before sneaking across the border to freedom.
There is evidence to support the assertion that they were given help by the Russians to do so but no admittance of such help has ever been made.
