Is this kit model for children or grown-ups?
Are those Tamiya, Hasegawa, etc. Scale Model for children or grown-ups? They are not toys, because you can not play with them.
Tamiya and Hasegawa brands are relatively expensive for the Scale Models with a high level of detail. Parts fit fairly well. They are best suited for experienced modelers, if the modeler is an adult or a teenager. They are usually display models, not toys. There are a number of other kits that are more appropriate for children. Some kits assembled without glue, does not necessarily require paints, knives, etc. These can be used as toys, I know I used in this way as a kid. As the emphasis is on process, not the product, children as young as 8 or can enjoy these benefits and gain education.
